CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

If something needs to change, here's what to do — and what we can help with.

CANCELLATION WINDOW

Because every set is made-to-order, we can only cancel or modify an order within 1 hour of when it was placed.

After that 1-hour window, your order moves into production — our team begins painting your set by hand — so changes are no longer possible.

HOW TO REQUEST A CHANGE

If you need to cancel or modify your order:

  1. Email support@crownedmani.com within 1 hour of placing your order.
  2. Include your order number in the subject line.
  3. Tell us what you'd like changed (size, shape, shipping address).

We'll confirm once it's been done — usually within the same business day. For anything outside the 1-hour window, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong — that's on us. Email support@crownedmani.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund.
