At Crowned Mani, every press-on nail set is handmade to order by skilled artisans. Because we don't mass-produce, please allow time for us to create your set before it ships. We promise it's worth the wait.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding postal holidays). Business days are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Once your payment is confirmed, our artisans begin crafting your set. Please double-check your design selection and shipping address before completing checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package all the way home. Please allow 1–3 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
Important Notes
- Customs & International Delivery: International orders may experience additional delays due to customs processing. We do not control customs procedures and cannot be held responsible for these delays.
- Peak Seasons: During busy periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and New Year, production and delivery times may be slightly extended. Please order early for special occasions.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. Crowned Mani is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@crownedmani.com. After this time, we may not be able to modify your shipping information.
