Refund policy

Every Crowned Mani nail set is 100% handcrafted by our skilled artisans — never mass-produced. Because each piece is shaped, painted, and finished entirely by hand, here's what to expect:

• Small variations are part of the magic. Minor differences in color, pattern placement, or fine details between the photos and your actual set are completely normal — that's the beauty of handmade.
• No two sets are exactly the same. Your nails are truly one-of-a-kind — wearable art made just for you.
• Color may appear slightly different (up to 10–15%) due to lighting in product photos, your screen's display, or the natural variations that come with hand-painting.

These natural variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Issue with Your Order

We want you to absolutely love our Crowned Mani nails — so if something arrives that doesn't look quite right, we're here to make it right.

You have 30 days from your delivery date to request a replacement or refund for any defective, damaged, or faulty item.

To get the process started, simply send us an email at support@crownedmani.com with the subject line "Return Crowned Mani nails". Please include:

• Your order number
• The email address used for the order
• A short description of what went wrong
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Our team will take a look and get back to you as soon as possible. If your item qualifies, we'll send out a free replacement right away. In the rare case that a replacement isn't possible, we'll issue a full refund — shipping costs included. You don't need to return the item — we'll handle everything for you.

Exceptions to Our Policy

While we always want to make things right, there are a few situations where we won't be able to offer a refund or replacement:

• Natural handmade variations. Small differences in color, pattern, or design placement are part of the handmade charm, not a defect.
• Unfit sizing or shape. If the size or shape you picked doesn't fit, we can't take responsibility. Please double-check your selection before checkout.
• Improper use or care. Once your nails have been worn, applied, or damaged after use, they're no longer eligible for return.
• Change of mind. We understand tastes change, but we're unable to accept returns simply because the design isn't your favorite anymore.

Refund Processing Time

After your refund is approved, please allow 7–10 business days for it to be processed on our end. The amount will return to your original payment method automatically.
