Five Steps To Your Crown

Each Crowned Mani set comes with everything you need. Take your time with prep — it's the secret to a 2-week hold.

  1. Push back cuticles gently with the wooden stick

    Push Back Cuticles

    Gently push back your cuticles with the wooden stick included in your kit. Don't cut — just lift.

  2. File and buff natural nails to remove shine

    Shape & Buff

    File your natural nails to your preferred shape, then buff the surface to remove shine. A matte nail bed grips best.

  3. Cleanse each nail with the alcohol pad

    Cleanse

    Wipe each nail with the alcohol pad to remove all natural oils — clean nails equal lasting hold.

  4. Apply a small drop of nail glue

    Apply Glue or Tab

    Add a small drop of nail glue to your natural nail. Prefer reusable? Use the adhesive tab instead.

  5. Press the nail at a 45 degree angle and hold firmly

    Press & Hold

    Place the press-on at a 45° angle from the cuticle, then press down firmly for at least 30 seconds per nail.

Small habits that turn a one-day wear into a two-week statement.

  • Prep Is Everything

    Push back cuticles, buff lightly, wipe with alcohol — oil is the #1 reason press-ons lift.

  • Avoid Water

    No washing, showering, or dishes for 2 hours after application. Heat and moisture weaken fresh glue.

  • 45° Angle

    Place at a 45° angle from the cuticle and hold firmly for 30–60 seconds per nail.

  • Tabs vs Glue

    Sticky tabs for reusable wear (5–10 days). Glue for long-haul (2–3 weeks). Combine for max hold.

  • Heat Boost

    Briefly warm the sticky tab with a hairdryer before applying — the heat melts it for a tighter seal.

  • Mind The Edges

    Keep glue or tabs 1–2mm away from the cuticle line to prevent lifting.

How long do the nails last?

With the included adhesive tabs: 4–7 days. With nail glue: up to 2 weeks. Each set is reusable 10+ times — just swap the adhesive between wears and store the nails in their original tray.

Can I shower or wash dishes?

Yes — after 2 hours. We recommend wearing gloves for dishwashing or long hot showers; repeated steam softens fresh glue. Swimming is fine but shortens tab life.

How do I remove them?

Soak your fingertips in warm soapy water for 10–15 minutes. Gently lift the press-on from the sides with the wooden cuticle stick. Never force — patience preserves both your natural nail and the press-on for reuse.

What if one falls off?

Clean the natural nail with alcohol, add a small drop of glue or a fresh adhesive tab, and re-press for 15–30 seconds. Each set includes spare tabs for touch-ups.
